TUTTI technical specifications

TUTTI - A paint that smells wonderfully natural

Milk-based paint, 100% natural, for interior use

DID YOU KNOW?

TUTTI is an economical milk-based powder paint

MILK?

Milk, like eggs, lime, casein (milk protein), gums (arabic, xanthan gum...), waxes, oils (linseed, castor, hemp...) are natural binders.

They provide the link between all the components of a paint or coating.

These ingredients, some of which are found in cooking, are used in the manufacture of artistic or decorative paints.

Before the arrival on the market of synthetic paints (based on alkyd, acrylic, vinyl resins, etc.), natural binders were used for painting.

In powder form?

Powder coating allows for better preservation, as well as controlled use of the product: you only use what you need!

Storage space is also reduced, and the preservation of the powdered product is also much better.

ECONOMIC ?

When water is not transported in a paint (approximately half its volume), it becomes more economical in terms of transport costs but also storage costs.

One pallet of TUTTI = 120 bags of 5kg
A palette of ready-to-use paint (50% water) = 33 buckets

ECOLOGICAL:

No VOCs, 100% natural.

PREPARATION

1. Mix the ingredients using a whisk or mixer.

The mixture should be homogeneous and without lumps.

2. Add water to your mixture if needed

1- PREPARATION OF THE COLOUR

1 part PIGMENT + 1 part WATER

2- PAINT PREPARATION

1 part TUTTI + 1 part WATER

= TUTTI PAINT MIXTURE + DILUTED PIGMENT

Example: for 10 to 15 m²:
1kg of TUTTI for 1L of water, add a little more water if needed to obtain a fluid texture (pancake batter consistency)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The colours in the colour chart were made "by hand", in our workshops and produced with our "TUTTI" lime paint.

These pigment-based colors are developed according to recipes created by Ysila Décors.

The colors you choose from this color chart and those of your product, once you have colored and applied it, are similar; however, a slight difference may appear in some cases between the color of the color chart and your finished dry product.

This can be due to several factors: quarry of extraction for mineral pigments, "bath" for synthetic pigments, possible variations in the natural compositions of paints and coatings, differences in brightness and screen colors.
